Founded in 2000, the Colin Deaton Table Tennis Academy is recognised throughout the Midlands for producing World Class players of all age groups.

We pride ourselves in providing a fun and friendly environment in which players of all abilities, including disabled and less able bodied can participate. We are fully insured with a trained first aider present at all times.

All of our coaches are CRB checked and have attended child protection courses.

The Club is open Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 6:45pm to 9:45pm at Springwell Community School all year round.

We are able to offer 17 tables, of which 3 are flexi-adjustable. We also have a robot facility for younger participants.

For those wanting to play competitively we have a representation of 13 teams competing in the local Chesterfield and Matlock leagues, from September to April each year.

As an endorsed ETTA Premier Club, we are able to offer participants the opportunity to progress within the sport to advanced level and receive performance coaching and development. We are currently working towards club mark 'Excellence' standard from begineers to internationals.
